Your Health Report Card

Another season is upon us, and it is time to do a check-up. Also, if you are studying Reiki, it would be interesting to take this test prior to your 21-day programme and then again at the end to see how you have improved.

Go through each item on the report card and grade yourself (honestly). Basically, the grade will be your feeling of satisfaction or unhappiness with your situation about the particular item.

Read the following set of questions and grade yourself on a scale of 1 to 5 and have fun!

GRADING KEY

  1. BIG SMILE. Teeth Showing. You’re REALLY HAPPY WITH YOURSELF.
  2. NICE SMILE. You’re SATISFIED.
  3. JUST LIPS. You’re OKAY; NOT GOOD, NOT BAD.
  4. FROWN. You’re DISSATISFIED; COULD REALLY IMPROVE.
  5. GRAVE STATE. You”re feeling like IT’S KILLING ME.
