Spirit of the Season Meditation

I know that it is a tad early, since Thanksgiving is later this week.

Thanksgiving, for me was in September on the Autumn Equinox, and our Canadian friends have also already celebrated.

The first snow has fallen.

The first cup of cacoa has been drunk.

And windows have been kissed by Jack Frost.

This is one of my favourite holiday songs, so much so because it can be listened to throughout the year, depending on what season it may be.

Grab yourself a cup of something warm, cuddle up next to the fire, and enjoy this meditation song.

What images dance in your mind?

Good night and Merry Winter Tidings. Namaste.
