Lunar meditation: Sources of comfort

Aromatherapy, a nice cup of tea, a trusted blanket softened with time, a favourite tee shirt. All of these can be sources of physical comfort.

Paired with cuddles in the arms of a lover or spent with friends can add a deeper emotional level of comfort.

Add all of this to the beauty of a sunrise or sunset, a walk in the woods, or even just sitting looking out at grandmother’s garden. This is where spirit truly comes alive.
