The busy-busy of our everyday lives can be daunting.
We become task oriented and focus on our to-do lists so much so that we fail to pause and appreciate what is going on outside of that bubble we have created.
Now is the time to prepare for the fallow. Which, yes, means many things to do and prepare for, however, if we go about this with a natural rhythm as opposed to checking 1, 2, 3 we will be able to stay harmonious.
Now is a time to pause, and reflect, and yes make our to-do lists for the coming deep Autumn season. Just be sure to add a few pauses on that lists. Me-time is essential for a happy and healthy mind, body, and spirit.
Prune back what needs to be removed. Not everything is as important as you may think. Trim back your lists down to the top 5 things of most importance, include your me-time as one of them.
Get out the scythe and weed out your responsibilities, worries, and anxiety. It will all get done in time.
With a little patience, grace is achievable.
