The human being goes through several traumas throughout a lifetime.
Your first fall, your first experience of physical pain.
Your first death, your first emotional pain.
Your first betrayal, your first soul pain.
All of these and more trigger fragments, bits of you that get chipped at along the way to adulthood where even more suffering is sustained.
Today’s question begs to ask, what things in your life have chipped away at your mind, body, and soul? Which ones need mending to create harmony? Which ones can even be remedied, and are you willing through this analysis to take the necessary steps to heal?
I hope you heal, dear ones. I hope you heal, as I heal. I hope you can allow yourself time to reflect. Go to a sacred place for meditation like the Chalice Well of Glastonbury depicted in the picture above. Set up some safe boundaries and limits.

Make a pilgrimage and bring along an offering. By honouring these places, and the guardian spirits, you will open the way to receiving their blessings.”
There is not one being on this earth untouched by suffering. Remember that as you go about your day. This insight may give you a higher sense of compassion and understanding for those in your local and global community.
